Additionally it’s our policy to ensure that all goods are quality inspected and properly packaged before they are despatched.

The availability of products are subject to their availability and delays may often occur that are out of our control. If your order is not available at the time of purchase we will contact you as soon as possible and we will give you an estimated delivery date. On delivery, if no one is available at the designated address to accept delivery of your package, it is at the discretion of the carrier to leave a notice advising you that your order is available for pick-up or re-delivery.

We does not accept responsibility for unclaimed packages. Any clerical, typographical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price lists, acceptance of offer, invoices or other information issued shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Shipping

We endeavour to keep our shipping costs low. Our shipping page and shopping basket will advise the shipping cost at the time your order is placed. This shipping page will also give an outline on the length of time your parcel will take to be delivered to you.

Payment

We accept payment online through the usual payment methods including Paypal, Western Union and Bank Transfer. Payment of products must be made in full before the actual goods can be shipped.

Cancellations

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email before your actual order has been processed. We endeavour to do our very best to assist you with any amendments.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any product that is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that to return an item you will have to pay the return postage cost to process your return. Additionally refunds will only be made by Paypal.
